What is on your mind?

For so many times I've been thinking about life and its problems... Global warming, animals dying, poverty, diseases, violence, polution. It is true that there are so many people around the world trying to find the solution for all these problems. However, are they trying to fix what is exactly under their noses?

Every now and then I wake up feeling quite annoyed. I really don't know why, but I wake up, get dressed, leave home, wait for the bus, arrive at USP and... I'm still annoyed.

This is the very first image I saw every day:

Why garbage on the floor?

It is true that garbage is one of the biggest problems we may face day after day.

However, the biggest problem may be not only the garbage, but its producer as well. It will be a quite interesting experience if we start opening our eyes to the world that surrounds us- there is a huge lack of awareness even for those who seem to be the representative of the future of the country.

Inside our own University there is garbage everywhere - and that is what the picture portrays . This picture was taken inside the History building on a rainy Monday morning.

The 'landscape' is, at least, annoying.

The question that I leave it to you all is: why students are acting as if their own buildings were some kind of landfill?

The biggest university in Brazil has established an important program related to garbage called " Recicla USP". I wonder.... are the students aware of it?

This blog has as its main focus to make people aware of the importance of garbage in your life and how it can be dangerous to every single part of the rest of our days. The enviroment of USP was chosen to prove that even those who are considered 'politically correct' still have serious problems when it comes to dealing with garbage.
